About
Emmanuel Wekesa is a UK-based content creator who has been making videos since 2014, blending comedy, skits, and lip-syncing into engaging short-form content. With a natural talent for entertaining and a passion for storytelling, he transitioned from long-form YouTube videos to thriving on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Since joining Ramdam on August 14, 2023, Emmanuel has completed 87 successful collaborations, turning his love for content creation into a reliable income stream.
The impact
Before discovering Ramdam, Emmanuel struggled with inconsistent brand deals through agencies and other platforms. The commissions were high, and opportunities were rare. After joining Ramdam, everything changed—he gained direct access to brand deals, received fast payments, and saw his collaborations multiply. His earnings skyrocketed, giving him financial stability while allowing him to stay true to his creative style.
What inspired you to start content creation, and what keeps you motivated?
“I had started content creation in 2014 with my best friend, who still helps me with my production. People always told me I was a ‘bubbly child’ with ‘so much energy,’ and I looked up to creators like KSI. From 2014 to 2018, I was making YouTube videos—gaming, vlogging, comedy—just trying different ways to embrace myself. Even with 50 views, I was excited.
Fast forward to today, with platforms like TikTok and the rise of short-form content, I took advantage of making skits, lip-syncing, and comedy videos. After countless trials, I found what I was good at, what got me results, and that’s what keeps me going.”
How has Ramdam helped you land opportunities that you wouldn’t have found otherwise?
“Ramdam has been a life changer. I used to be in agencies that promised deals but didn’t deliver. I got maybe 3–5 deals in a year, and they took a hefty percentage. I was disappointed.
I found Ramdam while searching for influencer brand deals on the App Store. I saw the platform, signed up, and after my first campaign, I was shocked—I got paid within a day! I kept applying to more campaigns, following brand briefs, and my deals started increasing. That’s when I knew this was a golden opportunity. Unlike agencies, Ramdam actually connects creators with consistent, well-paying opportunities.”
Have you noticed an increase in engagement, income, or brand deals since joining Ramdam?
“Absolutely. My income has drastically increased, and I’ve been able to mix my comedy skits with brand ads, making the process even more fun. My engagement keeps growing because I post multiple times per day, bringing in new audiences.
Ramdam also removes the hardest part of outreach—negotiating contracts and payments. Before, some brands would try to pay creators far less than they deserved. With Ramdam, I know I’m getting fair pay for my work.”
What milestones have you achieved since using Ramdam?
“I’ve done 87 collaborations so far—nearly 15 times more than what I did with agencies! The income I’ve generated has been astonishing. I can’t wait to hit 100 collaborations—it’s a big number for me and keeps me motivated to continue.”
What’s your advice for creators looking to grow their brand and income?
“Find a niche you’re passionate about. At the end of the day, you are the brand. Focus on consistency—whether it’s posting multiple times a day or at least once every two days. Social media rewards creators who post high-quality content regularly. For income, start with platforms like Ramdam to secure reliable brand deals. Build your portfolio, work with smaller brands first, and as you grow, use past collaborations as proof to land bigger deals. Over time, brands will trust you more, and you’ll secure recurring partnerships, ensuring a stable income.
Don’t give up—nobody succeeds that way. The only way to grow is to show up, practice, and develop your skills. Keep going, and eventually, your work will be recognized, not just by brands but also by an audience that values what you create.”
